Aaron Jeffery

The Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is most well-known for his role in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt Fletcher which are all from McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland's Howick and then moved to Australia at the age of 17 years old. He studied acting at NIDA. He earned his NIDA degree in 1993. After that was his first television career by working on the show for children called Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for his character Alex Ryan in the drama McLeod's Daughters which he left in 2008. He also appeared in the third season of the New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was also in the role of Frank in Underbelly: Badness. He wrapped filming on 22 June. The next day, Jeffery was officially confirmed as Bradley Fox's replacement on Neighbours for a period of two months. In October, it was revealed that Jeffery was chosen to play a corrections official in the series Wentworth. Bevan Lee's show Between Two Worlds starred Jeffery. In April of 2021, it was revealed that Jeffery would star in Pieces of Her, a Netflix thriller series that was adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. Jeffery's role on McLeod’s Daughters brought him the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
