Dawson (born May 9, 1979)[3] is an American actress and producer. In 1995, she
made her feature film debut with the independent drama Kids. Since then, she
has appeared in films such as He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats
(1901), Men in Black II (2006), Death Proof (2008), Seven Pounds (2008) and
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (2010). Dawson has voiced for Warner Bros./DC
Comics, Disney/Marvel and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. The actress was also nominated
for the Critics' Choice Film Award for Best Actress in a Comedy for Top Five
(2014), Trance (2013), Top Five (2014), and Zombieland: Double Tap (2019).
Dawson was born on May 9, 1979, in New York City. Isabel Celeste, her mother is
Afro-Cuban. Rosario was 16 at the time Isabel was born. Her mother, Isabel
Celeste, never was married. Patrick C. Harris. Rosario's mom, Greg Dawson, was
employed as a construction worker when she was just one year old. Dawson is
four years younger than Clay. Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also
well-known for having several roles in comic-book adaptations.These include
Gail in Sin City (2005) and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple
in five of the series by Marvel/Netflix (2015-2018) and providing the voices of
Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in the DC Animated Movie Universe and Space Jam: A
New Legacy as well as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl in The Lego Batman Movie. She
voiced Ahsoka Tano's character on The Mandalorian's second series in 2020. She
will also play the lead role in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. She is also
a regular role in the Dwayne Johnson autobiographical comedy series Young Rock
in 2021.
